Title: Civil Engineer

As our project pipeline continues to grow, we are looking for a Civil Engineer to join our Sydney team and contribute to the delivery of major infrastructure projects across Australia. This is an opportunity to work across a diverse portfolio of projects, with a strong focus on transport and infrastructure programs including roads, rail, water and urban development projects, while building your technical capability as part of a multidisciplinary engineering team.
Opportunity
As a Civil Engineer, you will support the planning, design and delivery of a range of infrastructure projects across their full lifecycle. Working within our Civil team, you will collaborate with experienced engineers and specialists to help deliver practical, innovative and sustainable solutions for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Contributing to the planning, design and delivery of civil infrastructure projects.
- Undertaking civil design activities including earthworks, roads, drainage, utilities and related infrastructure.
- Supporting the delivery of transport, water and urban development projects from concept through to detailed design.
- Preparing engineering calculations, technical reports, specifications and design documentation.
- Coordinating with multidisciplinary teams to achieve quality project outcomes.
- Supporting the preparation and review of project deliverables to ensure compliance with client and industry standards.
- Assisting with project planning, scheduling and delivery activities.
- Building and maintaining effective working relationships with clients, stakeholders and project teams.
About You
You are a motivated engineer who enjoys solving complex challenges and working in collaborative project environments. You bring strong technical foundations, a proactive mindset and a commitment to delivering quality outcomes for clients.
We’re interested in candidates who have:
- Experience in civil infrastructure engineering within ideally a consulting environment.
- Exposure to the design and delivery of infrastructure projects such as roads, rail, water or urban development projects.
- Knowledge of civil engineering principles and design standards.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary project teams.
- A commitment to safety, quality and continuous improvement.
- Degree qualifications in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
- Progress towards Chartered Engineer status (CPEng), or an interest in pursuing accreditation in the future.
