The Parklife Metro consortium brings together four world-class organisations—Plenary, Webuild, Siemens and RATP Dev —to deliver the Stations, Systems, Trains, Operations and Maintenance (SSTOM) works for the Sydney Metro – Western Sydney Airport project.
Our collective international experience ensures the latest technologies, innovation, and industry-leading expertise are applied to one of Sydney's most significant transport infrastructure projects.
This landmark project includes:
Six brand-new metro stations from St Marys to the new Aerotropolis.
Twelve new metro trains and core rail systems.
A state-of-the-art maintenance and stabling facility at Orchard Hills.
The new railway will become the transport spine of Greater Western Sydney, connecting communities and travellers with the new Western Sydney International (Nancy-Bird Walton) Airport and the rapidly growing region through fast, protected, and reliable metro services.

The Opportunity
Come and join our Team, as a Supervisor you'll become a valued member of a dynamic, skilled and knowledgeable team, gaining hands-on experience across the Parklife Metro Project.
Key Responsibilities
- Excellent ability to communicate with a wide range of stakeholders like site-based maintenance and production teams
- Take ownership of site safety management
- Develop short and medium range construction programmes.
- Coordinate sub-contractors,
Senior Supervisor and Safety Managers to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality construction work
- Work with the Project Managers and Senior Supervisors to create a collaborative team environment to achieve positive outcomes for the project and our clients.
- Knowledge sharing and providing coaching and mentoring to other site team members including construction workers and leading hands.
- Work closely with our Site Engineers to pre-empt and resolve construction issues on site.
- Maintain progress in line with the construction program.
