Constructions Group (Aust) is a Brisbane-based commercial builder with 28+ years of experience delivering quality projects across Multi-Residential, Commercial, Health, and Industrial sectors. We’re currently delivering and onboarding several projects ranging from $20M–$80M , and we’re looking for an experienced Senior Contracts Administrator to join our team.

The Role

You’ll work closely with our Project Teams to manage contracts across the full project lifecycle - supporting procurement, compliance, risk mitigation, and cost control.

Working across projects at a level to monitor Head Contract & Subcontract liabilities.

Key responsibilities include:

- Preparing and managing contracts, subcontracts, and variations
- Supporting resolution of contractual issues or disputes
- Assisting with procurement,



tendering & negotiations
- Monitoring project budgets and tracking progress claims
- Ensuring compliance with legal, contractual & internal policies
- Reviewing & preparing contractual compliance

We’re looking for someone who’s commercially sharp, reliable under pressure, and a great team player.

You’ll bring:

- Proven experience in contract administration in construction
- Strong knowledge of contract law, procurement & industry regulations
- Excellent attention to detail and time management
- Confident communication and negotiation skills
- The ability to manage multiple priorities across different projects
