The role supports employment governance and compliance within the People team and Payroll, focusing on modern awards, employment conditions and legislative obligations.

The ideal candidate has experience in payroll compliance or industrial relations, with solid knowledge of the Fair Work Act and modern awards, and advanced Excel skills.
