About the Role

In this role, you'll take ownership of our repairs function from end to end — turning approved quotes into completed works and ensuring every job is delivered smoothly, safely, and to a high standard. You'll be the driving force that keeps repairs moving and clients informed.

Key Responsibilities:

- Liaise with clients to organise repairs, confirm access, and manage expectations throughout the process




- Coordinate technicians and ensure they have all parts, equipment, documentation, and site information needed to complete each job
- Monitor jobs in progress to ensure works are completed on time and to standard
- Resolve issues, delays, or variations as they arise, keeping all parties informed
- Review completed works, process service reports, and formally close out repairs
- Maintain accurate records and ensure all compliance documentation is captured
- Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, technicians, and internal teams
- Assist with other duties as required

What We’re Looking For:

- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple jobs at once
- Excellent communication and client-management skills
- A proactive, problem-solving approach with attention to detail
- Experience in fire protection, trades, or a related service industry (highly regarded)
- Qualified presentation and a strong work ethic
- Commitment to safety and compliance
