The Opportunity

We're looking for an experienced Senior Consumer Marketing Specialist to join our Consumer Marketing team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This role offers the opportunity to lead integrated marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, consumer engagement and business growth across Australia and Current Zealand.
Working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, you'll play a key role in developing and delivering consumer marketing programs that connect with customers at every stage of their journey. You'll work closely with teams across Digital, Product, Sales, Clinical and Creative functions to bring campaigns to life and deliver measurable outcomes.
What You'll Be Doing
- Develop and execute consumer marketing strategies and campaigns across multiple channels.
- Lead end-to-end campaign delivery, from insight and planning through to execution and performance analysis.
- Partner with internal stakeholders and external agencies to create compelling consumer experiences.
- Use customer insights, market trends and campaign performance data to inform decision-making.
- Manage campaign budgets and ensure activities are delivered on time and within scope.
- Support product launches, seasonal campaigns and brand initiatives across Australia and New Zealand.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer engagement, acquisition and retention.
- Track, analyse and report on campaign outcomes, translating insights into actionable recommendations.
What You'll Bring
- Significant experience in consumer marketing, brand marketing or integrated campaign management.
- Proven success developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Strong commercial acumen and a data-informed approach to decision-making.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Experience working with agencies and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Strong communication, presentation and influencing skills.
- A proactive mindset, curiosity and a willingness to challenge conventional thinking.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related discipline.
