Role Description
This is an on-site role for a Conveyancer, based in Officer, VIC. Days/hours are adaptable.
The Conveyancer will be responsible for managing property transactions from start to finish, including residential purchases and sales, off-the-plan purchases, contract negotiation, subdivisions, related party transfers and other transaction types. The role involves preparing legal documents, providing conveyancing advice, and addressing legal issues related to property transactions. Effective communication with clients and other stakeholders is essential.
- TriConvey knowledge preferable
- Minimum 5 years experience
- High level of attention to details and customer service is essential
- Must be able to run files from start to finish
