Gandangara Local Aboriginal Land Council (GLALC) is seeking a dedicated Community Healing Centre Case Manager to support First Peoples in Southwest Sydney on recovery journeys, blending cultural safety with evidence-based case management.

Reporting to the Practice Manager and multidisciplinary team, you will deliver trauma-informed counselling, coordinate services, and collaborate with local health and housing partners to empower participants, improve wellbeing and resilience.
