Australian Venue Co. is seeking an experienced Assistant Venue Manager to join UNTIED, a vibrant rooftop bar in Barangaroo. You will lead from the floor, support day-to-day operations and drive guest experiences in a fast-paced workplace.

You'll manage rostering, labour and stock, coach team members and ensure RSA, WHS and venue compliance while taking ownership in the Venue Manager's absence.
