Join the Acute Care Team and provide high-quality, patient-centred allied health services to consumers experiencing mental health challenges within a supportive interprofessional setting.

- Deliver discipline-specific Occupational Therapy, Psychology or Social Work assessment, intervention, education and discharge planning as part of an interprofessional team.
- Manage an allocated caseload, applying evidence-based practice and increasingly independent clinical judgement while maintaining accurate clinical documentation and reporting.
- Work collaboratively with consumers, families, carers, health professionals, students and external agencies to support positive, person-centred outcomes.
- Contribute to clinical education, professional development, quality improvement, service development and research activities within the Acute Care Team.

About You

- Demonstrate the ability to provide high-quality, efficient and patient-centred assessment and management within a mental health setting.
- Bring robust verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with consumers, families, carers and multidisciplinary colleagues.
- Show a commitment to ongoing learning and professional development, with the ability to develop your clinical knowledge and expertise through active participation in the team.
- Demonstrate, or have the ability to rapidly develop, skills in clinical education, student support and participation in service improvement initiatives.
