Bundaberg Regional Council is seeking a Human Resources Officer (Recruitment) based in Bundaberg. You will support end-to-end recruitment, working with HR partners and managers to deliver compliant processes across the employee lifecycle.

This role sits in a cooperative People, Safety and Culture team and offers a base salary of 88,906–95,317 AUD with 12% superannuation, relocation assistance, a 9-day fortnight and four weeks annual leave with leave loading.
