MANAWISE Care in Mackay is seeking a motivated Care Leader to inspire a dedicated team delivering 24/7 residential care to young people in out-of-home care. You’ll create a safe, stable and nurturing environment where young people feel supported, heard and empowered to grow.
Reporting to the Area Manager, you’ll lead staff, drive best-practice care planning, manage rosters and compliance, and build robust relationships with families and external partners to deliver positive outcomes.
