We are seeking a strong clinical leader for our Aged Care wing. This is a Full time ANUM Year 2 position designed for a nurse who is passionate about geriatric care and excels in a "Person in Charge" capacity.
Please Note the Roster: You will provide vital leadership coverage outside of the NUM's standard hours (Mon-Fri, ). This requires a flexible approach to afternoon and weekend shifts.
Mandatory Requirements (Please Read Carefully)
- Aged Care Leadership: Proven experience as an ANUM or "In-Charge" specifically within the Aged Care sector.
- Regional Relocation: This role is located in Regional Victoria. It is not commutable from Melbourne. You must be willing to relocate and reside within the local community.

Accommodation & Support
- First 4 Weeks:

- Months 2-3: Continued access to health service accommodation (at a rental cost) while you find your permanent local home.
Compensation
- Current: $58.10 per hour.
- From Mid-May 2026: $59.84 per hour.
- Plus applicable shift penalties, superannuation, and generous salary packaging.
About You
- Current AHPRA Registration (Registered Nurse).
- Solid understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards and ACFI/AN-ACC requirements.
- A natural leader who can mentor staff and ensure high-quality resident outcomes.
