Felton Grimwade & Bosisto's (FGB) in regional Victoria invites applications for a hands-on Farm Operations Lead. Reporting to the Farm Manager, you’ll oversee day-to-day harvesting and haulage, lead a small in-field team and ensure safety and maintenance are priority.
You will operate harvesting machinery, coordinate contractors and stakeholders, and contribute to production reporting while building practical skills close to home in a rural setting.
