About the Company

Our client is a well-established Tier 2 mechanical services contractor that has successfully operated throughout New South Wales for more than a decade.

Specialising in commercial HVAC construction and maintenance, they deliver high-quality mechanical projects across commercial office fit-outs, education, healthcare, industrial facilities and large-scale commercial construction.

With continued business growth and a strong project pipeline, they are seeking an experienced Intermediate or Senior Project Manager to oversee multiple commercial HVAC projects ranging from $2 million to $30 million throughout Sydney Metro and Western Sydney.

The business is recognised for its collaborative culture, long-term staff retention and empowering its Project Managers with the autonomy to successfully deliver projects without unnecessary bureaucracy. This opportunity is ideal for someone looking to take ownership of their own portfolio while progressing their career within a respected organisation.

Key Responsibilities





- Manage the successful delivery of multiple commercial HVAC projects from commencement through to completion

- Oversee project budgets, forecasting and financial performance

- Manage subcontractors, Site Managers and client relationships

- Prepare and manage progress claims, variations and project reporting

- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget

- Maintain high standards of quality and client satisfaction throughout each project

Selection Criteria

To be successful in this role you will possess:

- 2–5 years' experience in Project Management within commercial HVAC or mechanical services

- Trade qualification in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration or Mechanical Services

- Current Australian Driver's Licence

- Strong financial management skills including budgeting, forecasting and progress claims

- Demonstrated experience managing variations and contractual requirements

- Proven ability to lead Site Managers, subcontractors and project teams

- Successful track record delivering commercial HVAC projects

- Two recent skilled references
