- Review documents for accuracy, formatting, and brand compliance.
- Coordinate the development of bids, proposals, and submissions.
- Maintain bid timelines, track progress, and ensure deadlines are met.
- Manage CRM updates and bid activity records.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather required content and inputs.
- Drive pitch presentations and broader Business Development team requirements.
- Track and monitor bid progress, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
- Maintain a database of tender documents and templates for future use.
- Assist in the development of bid strategies and win themes.
- Ensure compliance with submission guidelines and company standards.
A successful Bid Coordinator should have:
- Robust organisational and time management skills to handle multiple deadlines effectively.
- Strong understanding of tender and submission processes.
- High attention to detail and strong organisational capability.
- Excellent written communication skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using document formatting tools and software.
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent knowledge of sales processes and procedures.
- 2+ years' experience in bid coordination, proposals, or similar roles.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Proactive, self-motivated, and collaborative mindset.
- Relevant tertiary qualification (communications, marketing, business or similar).
