We are a busy, patient-focused Family General Practice dedicated to providing exceptional healthcare. We are seeking an experienced Practice Manager to join our team in October 2026 (4-5 days per week).

The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and friendly experienced Practice Manager to join our Team at Everton Hills Family Practice. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking for a challenge and to support the practice in reaching its full potential.

Key Responsibilities

- Greet and welcome patients with a high standard of customer service.
- Manage appointment scheduling, patient inquiries, and phone calls using Pracsoft.
- Process Medicare, DVA directly through Pracsoft.
- Coordinate patient documentation and doctor messaging via Medical Director.
- Maintain strict patient confidentiality and privacy compliance.
- Observe practice workflows to prepare for future management duties.
- Oversee daily clinic operations, billing efficiencies, and patient flow.




- Utilize Pracsoft reporting tools for practice finances and billing reconciliation.
- Manage staff rostering, recruitment, and clinical team training.
- Ensure clinic compliance with workplace safety and RACGP accreditation standards.
- Implement strategies to improve practice efficiency and patient care.

Skills and Experience Required

- Essential: Minimum 12 months experience in Practice Manager position.
- Essential: Experience using Medical Director & Pracsoft software preferred.
- Essential: Solid understanding of Medicare & DVA billing and Bulk-billing
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities or a strong desire to progress into clinic management.
- Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
