The Padel Lounge in Sydney is seeking an organised, energetic Head of Programs to lead and develop our padel programs across venues, including social competitions, leagues, tournaments, coaching, junior and school programs, corporate events.
You will plan, manage and grow all programs, identify opportunities, monitor performance and work with coaches and marketing to drive participation and court utilisation. This is a full time, on-site role across The Padel Lounge venues in Sydney.
