The Campervan and Motorhome Club of Australia (CMCA) is Australia’s largest RV club. We’re a passionate team dedicated to delivering high-quality content and experiences for our members. We produce The Wanderer, our flagship monthly magazine, and a range of digital and print marketing materials that celebrate travel and lifestyle.
About the Role
We're looking for a Graphic Designer to take the lead on The Wanderer from layout through to print. You’ll work closely with the editorial and sales team, with real ownership over how each issue looks and feels. You’ll also work alongside the Marketing Manager to build out campaign assets, digital ads and marketing collateral to support the club.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and produce print-ready layouts for The Wanderer magazine each month, from layout through to final print-ready files.
- Create engaging digital ads for web, social media, and email campaigns.
- Develop visual assets for marketing materials, presentations, and promotional content.
- Collaborate with editorial, marketing, and sales teams to meet project goals and deadlines.
- Maintain brand consistency across all print and digital platforms.
- Prepare files for print production and liaise with printers to ensure quality output.
- Support the wider marketing team with other design tasks as needed.
- Perform other duties as directed by the CEO.
About You
- 3+ years' experience in an agency or in-house studio role (preferred).
- Proficient in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator. Figma experience is a bonus.
- Solid understanding of print production processes, ideally with hands-on magazine or publication experience.
- Knowledge of digital marketing best practices.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- A genuine interest in travel, lifestyle, or experience with member-based organisations is a plus.
This role is based at our head office in Wickham. While a hybrid WFH arrangement may be considered, our preference is for this role to be based in the office.
