About the role
Inala Physiotherapy is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Physiotherapist to join our growing team in Inala, QLD. This is a full-time position (with part-time options considered for the right candidate) offering an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful difference in patients' lives through evidence-based physiotherapy practice. You will work within a supportive, collaborative clinical environment, delivering high-quality rehabilitation services to a diverse patient population. What you'll be doing
Conducting comprehensive physiotherapy assessments and developing individualised treatment plans based on patient needs and clinical findings
Delivering evidence-based physiotherapy interventions including manual therapy, exercise prescription, electrotherapy and functional rehabilitation
Monitoring patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed and documenting detailed clinical notes in line with professional standards
Educating patients on injury prevention, self-management strategies and exercise programmes to support long-term recovery outcomes
Collaborating with other healthcare professionals, GPs and specialists to ensure coordinated, holistic patient care
Maintaining accurate and timely patient records and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and professional guidelines
Contributing to a positive clinic culture and participating in team meetings and continuous professional development activities
Managing patient appointments efficiently and maintaining professional communication with patients and referring practitioners
What we're looking for
A current registration or eligibility to register with Physiotherapy Board of Australia
Tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy (Bachelor's degree minimum; Masters welcome)
Demonstrated experience in delivering physiotherapy services within a clinical setting
Solid knowledge of musculoskeletal assessment, diagnosis and treatment techniques
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong patient relationships
Proficiency in electronic patient management systems and basic IT literacy
Current First Aid and CPR certification
Working knowledge of relevant healthcare legislation, including privacy compliance and duty of care obligations
A commitment to ongoing professional development and evidence-based practice
Preferred: Experience in sports physiotherapy, workplace rehabilitation or specialised musculoskeletal conditions
