Victorian Home and Community Care is seeking a Compliance Officer to establish a structured, uniform compliance system across VHCC. This hybrid role starts as part-time with a path to full-time, working across Box Hill VIC, Ballarat VIC and Maitland NSW to ensure NDIS standards are met.
You will coordinate with Service Officers, Rostering Officers and the accounts team, maintaining audit-ready documentation and supporting quality assurance across Victoria and Recent South Wales.
