Distinction at Home Care is seeking a Clinical Nurse to deliver comprehensive in-home nursing assessments, care planning and ongoing monitoring for clients across aged care, NDIS, DVA and private services in the community.
You will provide person-centred, evidence-based nursing, lead clinical governance, and collaborate with families, support workers and medical practitioners to promote safety, wellbeing and independence. You will report to the Clinical Care Manager and uphold NMBA standards.
