Maestro Hospitality is seeking a Precinct Head Sommelier to lead the wine program across a’Mare and Vista’Mare at Crown Sydney, reporting to the Beverage Director and collaborating with chefs and service teams. You will deliver refined wine service, tailor pairings, manage lists and stock, train FOH staff, and build strong relationships with suppliers and guests.

This full time role offers a competitive AUD 90k–100k salary plus superannuation and staff benefits within a dynamic Italian dining
