We're looking for enthusiastic and reliable Catering Staff to join our team for upcoming events in Bathurst.
This is a fast-paced, customer-focused position where you'll help deliver quality food and excellent service to event attendees.
As a Catering All-Rounder, you'll assist with food preparation, customer service, POS operation, payment processing, restocking, cleaning, and general catering operations.
Key responsibilities
Prepare and assemble food according to company standards.
Provide friendly and efficient customer service.
Take customer orders and process payments using the POS system.
Restock ingredients, packaging, beverages, and other supplies.
Maintain clean, hygienic, and organised service areas.
Follow food-safety and workplace health and safety procedures.
Work efficiently during busy service periods.
Assist with opening, closing, setup, and pack-down duties.
Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth service.
What we're looking for




Previous catering, hospitality, café, restaurant, or food-truck experience is preferred.
A positive attitude and excellent customer-service skills.
The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Reliable, punctual, and well-presented.
Able to stand for extended periods and perform light lifting.
Versatile availability for weekend and event shifts.
A Food Safety Certificate is preferred but not essential.
