Sales Representative / Project Manager – Window Film & Signage
Cooltone is a leader in Solar Window Tinting, Window Frosting and Decorative Graphics in Brisbane, with over 40 years of industry experience. We service South East Queensland across both residential and commercial sectors and pride ourselves on delivering high-quality workmanship and outstanding customer service to our valued and growing client base.
About the Role
The successful applicant will be responsible for managing incoming enquiries, preparing estimates and quotations, and managing won projects through to completion.
Most of our projects are managed by the same person from initial enquiry through to completion. From time to time, the role will also involve larger commercial projects requiring additional planning, coordination and project management.
You will be supported by an experienced administration and operations team who assist with purchasing, installation scheduling and invoicing, allowing you to focus on estimating, client relationships and managing your projects successfully.
On-the-job training and support from our current team will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Preparing estimates and quotations from incoming enquiries and direct leads
- Conducting site measures and client meetings where required
- Managing won projects from quotation through to completion
- Maintaining strong communication with clients throughout the project
- Reviewing plans, specifications and project requirements
- Coordinating internally with our operations and installation teams
- Managing project variations and additional works where required
- Building strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Assisting with larger commercial projects as opportunities arise
Skills & Experience
The ideal candidate will demonstrate:
- Experience in estimating, sales, project management or a similar client-facing role
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- High attention to detail
- Good organisational and time management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects at different stages
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A adaptable, positive and professional attitude
- A current Australian driver's licence
Experience within window film, signage, graphics, construction or a similar industry will be highly regarded.
We are also very interested in hearing from experienced Window Tinters, Graphics Installers or Signage Installers who are looking to move off the tools and further their career within the industry.
Training can be provided for the right candidate.
