We are partnering with a leading alternative investment manager to appoint an Associate within its Group M&A; and Corporate Development team, based in Sydney.

With a diversified platform spanning real asset-backed strategies and a growing pipeline of investment, M&A; and strategic opportunities, the business is entering an exciting phase of growth. The corporate team operates with a lean, entrepreneurial structure, providing strong exposure to senior decision makers and meaningful ownership across a broad range of initiatives.

In this role, you will work closely with senior leadership, investors and portfolio company management across financial analysis, M&A;, principal investments and strategic initiatives. You will build and own financial models covering valuation, returns, capital structure and operating performance, support the origination and assessment of new investments and strategies, and assist with end-to-end transaction execution across diligence, structuring and financing. You will also contribute to investment and Board materials, capital management initiatives,



investor engagement and broader corporate development activity. The breadth of the role provides an opportunity to see ideas progress from initial market screening and analysis through to execution and ongoing strategic oversight.

The ideal candidate will bring 3–5 years of experience in investment banking, investment management, private equity, corporate development or a related field, with strong financial modelling and analytical capabilities and experience supporting live transactions. Infrastructure experience is highly regarded, particularly across areas such as digital infrastructure, energy transition, transport, utilities or other real asset-backed sectors. You will have sound commercial judgement, strong attention to detail and the ability to operate confidently across different sectors and transaction types.
