Store Manager - The Good Grocer Mount Pleasant, IGA Supermarkets

We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced retailer to take the reins at our Good Grocer Mount Pleasant store, with other locations also considered for the right candidate.

As Store Manager you will be responsible for driving the overall performance of the store - leading an experienced team, delivering a premium fresh food offering, and creating an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

We're looking for more than a manager – we want a passionate foodie with a strong retail background, someone who thrives on innovation, champions customer service, and brings a hands-on leadership style that inspires their team.

Skills required

Proven experience as a Retail Store Manager,



ideally in a supermarket setting

Strong leadership skills and a track record of leading teams

Solid financial acumen - including GP, sales, budgets, and wage control

Passion for fresh food and gourmet products

Exceptional customer service experience and merchandising ability

Understanding of food safety standards and compliance

Excellent communication and organisational skills

IT knowledge/Microsoft/Smart Retail/ABCIS

RSA and Approved Manager certifications are a plus
