Open Pantry Co. in regional South Australia seeks a hands-on Venue Manager to lead a busy pub with bar, bistro, gaming, functions, bottle shop and accommodation. You’ll oversee rostering, training, events, stock and floor operations, working alongside the team rather than directing from the sidelines.

The role offers day-to-day leadership across multiple venues, with RSA, Gaming licence and RP badge (or willingness to obtain) and regional career prospects in a growing hospitality group.
