About the Opportunity

We’relooking for a people-first leader to join ourHousekeepingteam as aSupervisor. In this role, your priority will be to lead,supportand develop your teamof Room Attendants, creating a positive,respectfuland inclusive environment where people feel valued and motivated to do their best work.

No housekeeping or resort operations experience is necessary. What matters most is your ability to lead with empathy, build strong relationships and bring out the best in others. You’ll play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the department while ensuring high service standards are consistently delivered.

Keyresponsibilitieswill include:

- Lead and support the Room Attendant team, ensuring a positive,safeand collaborative team environment
- Deliver hands-on, approachable leadership,



coaching team members and recognisinggreat performance
- Support daily operations to ensure rooms and public areas are presented to a high standard
- Assistwith team rostering, onboarding and development of housekeeping team members
- Support the training and ongoing development of team members, helping build skills, capability and confidence.
- Respond to daily operational needs and support the Housekeeping Manager in driving team success
- Foster a culture of accountability,careand continuous improvement

This is a permanent, full-time position. While we offer flexibility with rosters and hours, availability to provide some weekend coverage would be highly regarded.

- Are astrong people leaderwho leads with empathy,respectand fairness
- Have experience leading teams and creating a positive team culture
- Communicate clearly and build strong working relationships across all levels
- Enjoy coaching,developingand supporting others to succeed
- Can confidently manage priorities, problem-solve and adapt to changing needs
- Bring a hands-on approach and lead by example
- Previoushousekeeping or hotel/resort experience isadvantageous, but not essential
- Full working rights in Australia (essential)
