Willoughby City Council is seeking a Customer Experience Librarian to deliver exceptional service across our library network. This temporary part time role (14 hours per week) reports to the Customer Experience Supervisor and supports digital access, lifelong learning and community engagement.
Responsibilities include day-to-day library operations, collection development and event delivery, plus supervising volunteers and assisting Home Library Service customers.
