You'll manage a caseload spanning residential and commercial conveyancing and family law matters, providing hands-on advice and representation to a varied client base. Experience or interest in migration law is highly regarded, as there may be opportunities to assist with visa and sponsorship matters as the practice grows.

About you
- Current practising certificate in your relevant state (or eligibility to obtain one)
- Solid experience in property/conveyancing and family law
- Migration law experience or interest preferred, but not essential
- Strong drafting and client advisory skills
- Ability to manage a busy, wide-ranging caseload independently
