We are looking for a Melbourne-based Senior Video Producer (AI & Campaigns) who combines exceptional storytelling and production craft with a robust understanding of AI-powered and hybrid production workflows .

The Role

You will lead the end-to-end production of high-quality video content across campaigns, digital experiences, social and immersive formats.

You will work directly with clients from initial brief and creative concept through to production and final delivery, while helping Charles Elena continue to evolve how we use generative AI, traditional production, VFX, motion and post-production together .





You will remain hands-on while also directing internal teams, freelancers and production partners.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead video and campaign production from concept through to final delivery

- Develop strong narratives, storyboards and creative production approaches

- Build hybrid workflows combining traditional production, AI, motion, VFX and post-production

- Lead client conversations, pitches and creative presentations

- Direct internal teams, editors, animators, AI specialists and production partners

- Manage multiple projects, ensuring exceptional creative quality, timelines and budgets

What We're Looking For

Production & storytelling - Strong creative instincts and deep understanding of video craft, editing, pacing and post-production.

AI & hybrid production - Hands-on experience with generative AI tools and, importantly, knowing how to combine AI with traditional production to achieve the best creative result.

Creative & client leadership - Able to shape ideas, present confidently, direct teams and manage senior stakeholders.

VFX experience - Experience with VFX, compositing, 3D or advanced motion workflows is highly valued .

Accountability - Highly organised, team-oriented and comfortable owning projects from brief through to delivery.

Experience

- Minimum 5+ years' experience in video production, content creation, post-production or creative direction





- Strong portfolio of high-quality campaign and digital video work

- Demonstrable experience using AI tools within professional production workflows

- Strong understanding of hybrid AI + traditional production

- Agency, studio or production company experience preferred

- Proven experience working directly with clients

- Experience managing end-to-end production, budgets and timelines

- Proficiency in industry-standard tools such as Adobe Premiere and After Effects

- Experience with VFX, compositing, 3D or advanced motion workflows is highly regarded

- Curiosity and active experimentation with emerging AI video and production technologies

Location

This is a full-time, Melbourne-based role working from our Melbourne CBD studio .
