About the Role:

Be part of a vibrant and diverse division within Canberra Health Services, where compassionate, multidisciplinary care makes a real difference every day. RACS delivers high-quality rehabilitation, aged and community-based services across Canberra Hospital, Community Health Centres, and the Village Creek Centre in Kambah, supporting patients throughout their healthcare journey.

Wards 11A and 11B specialise in the acute care of older adults, providing evidence-based treatment and support for elderly patients experiencing acute medical complications and advanced dementia. Working within a dedicated and collaborative team, you will contribute to delivering exceptional, person-centred care while helping improve the quality of life for some of the community's most vulnerable patients.
