What You'll Be Doing

- Preparing accurate cost estimates and tender submissions.
- Reviewing drawings, specifications and tender documentation.
- Obtaining and evaluating subcontractor and supplier pricing.
- Assisting with value engineering and cost planning.
- Supporting project handovers to the delivery team.
- Building strong relationships with subcontractors, suppliers and clients.

The Prospect

Due to continued growth across the Melbourne Airport programme and an increasing volume of opportunities across other sectors, we're looking for an Estimator to join the team in Tullamarine.

About the Candidate

- 3+ years' estimating experience within commercial construction in Australia.
- Experience pricing new build, fit-out and/or refurbishment projects.
- Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- A proactive attitude and a genuine desire to continue learning.
