Current regional fine dining restaurant within an hour of Sydney seeks a Senior Sous or Head Chef to join a founding kitchen team. You will work directly under the Executive Chef, cooking over fire and helping establish a regional NSW experience with village-to-table sourcing.
Ideal candidates have 3–4 years in quality hatted or equivalent kitchens, can lead a section, train juniors, and maintain calm under pressure. Sponsorship available after probation.
