About the Role
We are seeking a sales-driven Digital Sales & Marketing Specialist to drive digital revenue growth for our data networking and cabling infrastructure solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for orchestrating end-to-end B2B and B2C digital funnels, maximise SEO & SEM with our partner agency, and manage our social media channels.
You will leverage and build marketing automations and work with our Digital Lead to publish content on our ecommerce platforms and use data analytics to maximise online customer acquisition and retention. As a key member of our team, your responsibilities will include:
Accelerate Online Sales: Develop and execute data-driven digital strategies to achieve monthly online revenue, average order value (AOV), and conversion targets.
Inbound & Lifecycle Marketing: Own the HubSpot ecosystem to build automated email sequences, capture trade contractor leads, and reduce cart abandonment.
Data-Driven Optimisation: Monitor GA4 daily to track user behaviour and execute campaigns to drive online sales.
SEO/ SEM Management: Partner with the agency to monitor, analyse, and optimize paid ad spend and oversee SEO to grow online search traffic.
Social Media Content Management: Plan, create, and schedule organic content across channels (primarily Meta) tailored to data installers, IT Managers, and enterprise buyers.
What We’re Looking For
To be successful in this role, you will need:
Minimum 3 years’ experience in Digital Sales and Marketing.
Advanced HubSpot experience, capable of building automated lead nurturing workflows, managing contact segmentation, deployment of targeted email campaigns and automations.
Hands-on capability in catalogue management, publishing technical content, configuring pricing tiers, and managing promotional rules with Adobe Commerce (Magento).
Use HTML/CSS to manage, refresh, and polish storefront banner layouts, promotional modules, and landing page content.
Deep understanding of event tracking, custom dashboards, user pathing analysis, and revenue attribution reporting using Google Analytics 4.
Adaptable and agile approach, with the ability to respond quickly to changing market conditions, customer behaviour and business priorities.
Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset, with the ability to interpret performance data, identify trends and turn insights into practical actions.
