Kaiser Reef is seeking an Underground Manager for the Henty Gold Project in Tasmania. This permanent role operates on an 8:6 FIFO roster from Melbourne, reporting to the General Manager.
You will lead production, planning and technical teams to optimise mine performance, safety, and cost efficiency, while engaging regulators and contractors. You will guide development of production strategies, budgets, and life-of-mine plans, and champion continuous improvement across the site.
