About the Role
Working alongside our Food & Beverage team, you’ll help with the preparation and delivery of quality food for our members and guests while keeping the kitchen running smoothly.
You’ll also play an important role in maintaining our high standards of food hygiene, health and safety, managing food costs and helping minimise wastage.
These positions work across a flexible 7-day roster,
with approximately 2–3 weekdays plus one weekend day required. Wherever possible, your hours will be allocated in collaboration with you.
About You
For us, attitude matters just as much as experience.
We’re looking for people who are enthusiastic about food, enjoy being part of a team and are happy to get hands-on in a busy kitchen environment.
You’ll ideally bring:
- Previous experience in a kitchen or food preparation environment – great to have, but not essential
- Certificate III in Commercial Cookery – desirable, but not essential
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- A genuine interest in food and quality service
- A team-player mentality and hands-on approach
- Restaurant and/or banquet food preparation experience, or a willingness to learn
- The ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- An understanding of kitchen protocols and food safety standards, including HACCP
- The ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
