This is a current business role. Not account management, not servicing an existing book. You will be finding commercial customers who do not deal with us yet, getting in front of them, and winning the work.

What you get paid

$85,000 base, plus $15,000 vehicle allowance, plus super, plus uncapped progressive commission.

The commission structure steps up as you produce, so the more you sell the higher your rate goes. There is no ceiling. On-target earnings sit around $148,000 in cash.

What you will do

- Build and work a target account list across the Illawarra and surrounding areas

- Get in front of decision makers at builders, facility managers, property managers, industrial businesses and commercial organisations

- Run customer meetings and site visits

- Find upcoming projects before they go to market

- Reactivate dormant accounts worth having back

- Follow up every quote

- Negotiate and close profitable work

- Keep the CRM pipeline accurate

- Hit a clear monthly number

Who we are

Illawarra Signs & Line Marking has operated out of the Illawarra since 1996. Commercial signage, industrial and safety signage,



car park and warehouse line marking, thermoplastic markings, bollards, wheel stops and traffic safety products.

The systems are already behind you. Quoting, quote revisions, CRM, follow up, documentation and job handover are all set up, so your time goes into selling rather than paperwork.

Who we want

A proven B2B salesperson with a real record of generating new business.

Signage experience is not required. Relevant backgrounds include construction products, industrial products, building materials, safety products, facility services, commercial maintenance, coatings, civil products, machinery, equipment, trade supplies and manufacturing services. What matters is whether you have built a pipeline from nothing and closed off it.

You will be comfortable prospecting cold, working to a number, keeping your own CRM current, and being accountable for the result.
