Forma Homes is looking for a highly organised and proactive Sales Support Coordinator to join our sales team.

This is a predominantly office-based role supporting our Sales Agents and Business Development Manager with the administration that sits behind the sales process.

From entering new deals and coordinating sketch requests through to preparing contracts and keeping our sales data accurate, you'll be an key part of making sure opportunities continue moving forward.

What you'll be doing

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

- Entering new sales deals accurately into our systems.

- Supporting Sales Agents with administration via phone and email.

- Reviewing deal submissions and following up missing information.

- Submitting and coordinating sketch requests.

- Tracking outstanding requests, information and documentation.

- Preparing and creating building contracts.

- Checking building contract information for accuracy and completeness.

- Liaising with Sales Agents, our BDM and internal teams to keep deals progressing.

- Identifying outstanding actions and proactively following them up.

- Maintaining broker contact and distribution information.

- Coordinating and sending our monthly broker EDM.

- Assisting with other sales administration as required.

About you

You'll ideally have:





- Strong administration and data-entry skills.

- Excellent attention to detail.

- Confidence communicating over the phone and via email.

- The ability to manage multiple priorities at once.

- A proactive approach to following up outstanding actions.

- Strong computer and systems skills.

- Clear written and verbal communication skills.

- The confidence to work independently while supporting a broader team.

- A willingness to learn and understand our sales and contract processes.

Most importantly, we're looking for someone who takes ownership, follows things through and gets the details right.

Experience

Previous experience in any of the following would be highly regarded:

- Sales administration.

- Sales coordination.

- Residential construction or new homes.

- Property or real estate administration.

- Contract administration.

- Customer service or sales support.

Residential construction experience would be an advantage, but we're equally interested in someone with excellent administration and systems skills who is keen to learn the industry.

Mostly office-based – with some variety

This is primarily an office-based position, supporting our Sales Agents and BDM by phone, email and through our internal systems.

For the right person, there will also be opportunities to get out of the office occasionally and assist with:

- Broker visits.

- Sales and broker events.

- Presentations or information sessions.

- Other sales activities.

The field component isn't the primary focus of the position, but it provides some variety and an opportunity to gain greater exposure to our broker network and broader sales operation.
