Your new role
Join a leading higher education organisation undertaking a major Digital Sydney transformation through its Institutional Data Governance & Platform Uplift (IDGPU) Program. This high-profile initiative is focused on strengthening data governance, enhancing enterprise platforms and improving the way critical institutional data is managed, governed and utilised across the organisation.
Key responsibilities include:

- Leading requirements gathering, analysis and documentation activities
- Facilitating workshops and managing complex stakeholder relationships
- Mapping current and future-state business processes
- Producing high-quality business, process and system documentation
- Working across both business and technical teams to define practical solutions
- Supporting communication and change activities across the program
- Collaborating with governance,



data and platform delivery teams to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful, you will bring:

- Demonstrated experience as a Senior Business Analyst within complex transformation programs
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, including experience managing challenging stakeholders
- Experience facilitating workshops and eliciting requirements from diverse stakeholder groups
- Strong business process mapping and documentation capabilities
- Experience working across both business and technical teams
- Understanding of change management principles and Agile delivery methodologies
- Experience within data governance, enterprise platforms or HR-related projects will be highly regarded
- Previous higher education experience is advantageous.
