Run the site visits, win the builds — Perth's one-team design & build. You meet homeowners at their place, walk the yard, and shape the design direction together. Turn conversations into clear plans and fixed, itemised quotes clients can say yes to. You're not just quoting, you're closing. Turning site visits into signed builds is the job.

Key responsibilities

- Run the on-site consult — meet the homeowner at their place, walk the yard, and shape the design direction together (Transformation Day)

- Build the Landscaping Blueprint — turn the conversation into a clear plan and a fixed, quote the client can say yes to

- Own your conversion — turn site visits into signed builds

- Follow the quotes through — work the CRM cadence so no warm deal goes cold after the quote goes out

- Price it right — accurate take-offs and scoping so every job won is a job that can be delivered profitably

About you

- Background in landscape, building or construction estimating, quoting or consultative trade sales

- Can read a plan and scope a job accurately

- Can genuinely sell — build trust fast, help people make a decision, and comfortable talking real money with homeowners spending





- Take ownership of your number — chase the follow-up, don't wait to be told, and want to be measured on results

- Sweat the detail — get quotes right on price and scope

- Comfortable with quoting/CRM software (simPRO and GoHighLevel a plus, not a must)

- Hold a full WA driver's licence
