1- Manage the complete monthly payroll process for all employees, including permanent, temporary, and contract staff.2- Verify employee attendance, leave, overtime, allowances, commissions, deductions, loans, advances, and other payroll adjustments.3- Prepare and review monthly payroll calculations before obtaining the required approvals.4- Ensure accurate calculation of salaries, tax, social security contributions, pension contributions, and other statutory deductions.5- Process payroll payments and coordinate with banks to ensure employees receive their salaries on time.6- Prepare and submit statutory payroll returns and payments within the required deadlines.7- Maintain accurate and confidential payroll records and employee master data.8- Reconcile payroll reports with the general ledger, bank payments, and relevant accounting records.9- Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies, employee salary queries, and payment issues.10- Review payroll inputs submitted by HR, branches,



and departmental managers.11- Maintain proper documentation and audit trails for all payroll transactions.12- Support internal audit by providing payroll schedules, reconciliations, reports, and supporting documentation.13- Monitor payroll-related employee salary advances, deductions, and other recoveries in accordance with company policies.14- Ensure payroll procedures comply with applicable labor, tax, social security, and financial regulations.15- Strengthen payroll controls to prevent errors, duplicate payments, unauthorized changes, and fraud.16- Prepare monthly payroll reports and management information, including payroll costs, headcount, allowances, deductions, and statutory liabilities.17- Assist with annual budgeting, salary reviews, staff cost analysis, and payroll forecasting.Maintain strict confidentiality of employee compensation and personal informationWork Experience:Ø 3-5 years of experience in personnel, preferable in microfinance or financial industry.
