This team is responsible for delivering enterprise-wide data platforms, analytics capabilities, and cloud-based data solutions that support strategic decision-making and business innovation.

Your New RoleAs a Data Engineer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and supporting scalable data integration and analytics solutions across a hybrid cloud environment. Working closely with business and technical stakeholders, you will build and optimise data pipelines, develop enterprise data models, and contribute to the ongoing enhancement of the organisation's data platform ecosystem.

Key responsibilities include:

- Designing and developing ETL/ELT data pipelines and ingestion frameworks.
- Building and supporting cloud-based data warehousing solutions across AWS and Azure environments.
- Developing integrations using APIs, web services, middleware, and SOA architectures.
- Creating enterprise data models and maintaining technical documentation.
- Collaborating with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver data solutions.
- Performing data profiling, source-to-target mapping, testing, optimisation, and deployment activities.
- Supporting BI and analytics platforms, including reporting and visualisation solutions.
- Driving continuous improvement initiatives and adopting emerging technologies to enhance the data environment.





What You'll Need to SucceedTo be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:
- Strong Data Engineering experience within enterprise-scale environments.
- Expertise with ETL/ELT development and end-to-end data warehouse implementations.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure.
- Knowledge of Snowflake, Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, or similar data warehouse technologies.
- Strong SQL development and performance tuning skills.
- Experience with integration and middleware tools such as Talend, MuleSoft, StreamSets, Informatica, or similar.
- Exposure to Power BI, Tableau, OBIEE, or other visualisation platforms.
- Experience developing and consuming REST/SOAP APIs and enterprise integrations.
- Strong understanding of data modelling concepts and enterprise data architecture.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, problem-solving, and communication skills.
