Key Responsibilities:
You'll be responsible for guiding suppliers and customers through their onboarding, registration and renewal process, combining phone-based customer service with administration and data validation.
- Conduct outbound calls from suppliers and customers to assist with registrations, renewals and onboarding.
- Manage approximately 40 customer calls per day, while effectively prioritising administration and validation responsibilities.
- Build strong relationships with customers and provide clear guidance throughout the process.
- Maintain accurate customer information and activity within the CRM system.
- Act as a first point of contact for customer enquiries, including basic IT and procedural support.
- Validate online questionnaires with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Process and provide information regarding subscription fees and payments.
- Communicate status updates and assist customers with documentation and outstanding requirements.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and actively contribute to team meetings.
- Consistently work towards individual KPIs and customer service targets.
About You:
We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys speaking with customers, has strong attention to detail and is comfortable working within a target-driven environment.
You will ideally have:
- Previous 2+ years' experience within customer service, customer support, client services or a similar phone-based position.
- Confidence making outbound customer calls and communicating via phone and email.
- Previous experience working towards KPIs, targets or service-level expectations.
- Excellent communication skills and a confident, professional telephone manner.
- Strong attention to detail, particularly when reviewing customer information and documentation.
- The ability to effectively prioritise your workload and move between customer calls and administrative tasks.
- Previous CRM experience would be advantageous.
