We’re currently looking for a Optical Dispenser to join our Ringwood and Croydon practices. This opportunity would suit someone with at least 2 years of dispensing experience who enjoys building solid patient relationships, working with high-quality products, and being part of a supportive and professional team.
What the Role Looks Like
You’ll be involved in:
- Optical dispensing and tailored lens recommendations
- Providing frame styling and eyewear advice
- Creating an exceptional patient experience from start to finish
- Supporting the day-to-day operations of the practice
- Working collaboratively with a close-knit team
About You
You’ll bring:
- Cert IV in Optical Dispensing
- At least 2 years of optical dispensing experience
- Previous independent practice experience highly regarded
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Confidence using practice systems, with Optomate experience preferred
