Our client, a leading logistics and freight company, is looking for Freight Handlers to join their Afternoon/Night shifts at Brisbane Airport..
Positions are ongoing with 7pm-Midnight shifts available. Shift times may be extended once induction/training is completed.
Your duties will include:
- Loading and unloading freight
- Sorting and handling general freight
- Moving and staging freight for dispatch
- Manual handling of freight up to 25kg
- Operating a Counterbalance forklift as required
- Maintaining a clean, safe and organised work area
- General warehouse and freight handling duties as required
To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following:
- Previous freight handling or warehouse experience preferred
- Availability to work Monday to Friday
- Full working rights in Australia
- Current Police Check or willingness to obtain
- Pre-employment medical
- Good physical fitness and ability to perform manual handling duties
