To be successful, you will be a self starter and diligent Property Manager who enjoys doing the job the 'right way.' As a Property Manager who enjoys full portfolio management, you will be trusted to make the job your own, with an expectation of providing both tenant and landlord a quality service with clear and timely communication.
Requirements
- At least 2 years experience as a Property Manager
- Current Real Estate Certificate and Driving License
- Self starter, comfortable managing your own portfolio without supervision
- Culture Focused - Get to know the team, join in with team events and celebrations
- Strong with property management procedures and legislation
- Experience managing high net worth/multi property landlords / high end properties (preferred but not essential)
