We are on the hunt for a duty manager and host with previous experience in
restaurants or bar settings with table service. Roles are causal (20 - 30 hours)
with opportunities for permanent employment for the right candidate.

Venue hours:5pm - 12am: Sun, Mon, Wed & Thurs (closed Tues)5pm – 1am: Fri & Sat
An extensive list of cocktails that highlights a range of asian ingredients with a smaller emphasis on Chinese wines & snacks
78 seats with an additional function space and weekly Mahjong Nights

What we are looking for -





Minimum 1 year experience in a cocktail venue with an eagerness to learn
Big personality and ability to build raport and make everyone feel like a regular
Experience with table service
Professional and friendly manner with customers and co-workers
Strong work ethic and a "can do" attitude
Able and willing to work a flexible roster including weekends, public holidays, opening and closing shifts
Current RSA certificate
Being fluent in Mandarin is a plus
