Premier Pest Control seeks a Service & Scheduling Coordinator to keep day-to-day scheduling running smoothly across our growing team of pest control technicians. You will manage a high volume of calls, book customers, coordinate technician schedules, respond to inquiries and ensure effective job scheduling across Wollongong and the Illawarra.
You will use our CRM and scheduling systems to maintain customer records, update jobs and communicate information between customers and technicians.
